Hey friends, I'm Betsy!

I am a natural light photographer based in Northern Nevada. I took my first film photography class in high school, but didn't take it too seriously until I took a trip to Europe after graduating college over 14 years ago (I took about 2,500 pictures in 2 weeks!). Shortly after returning, I bought my first DSLR and took several courses in lighting, posing, and portrait photography at a local studio so I could learn as much as possible about my brand new hobby.

I have been blessed to be a part of several special occasions through being a photographer, including weddings, birthdays, pregnancies and pregnancy announcements! But despite the many photoshoots I have done, my hands-down favorite clients are my kids, my daughter Adelaida and sons William and Charlie :-).
